Can by-laws of an established club be re-written?
The club has charter members some of whom are now deceased or have moved away; the by-laws provide terms for amendment.
Yes they can, provided that the Board of Directors passes a resolution to do so and that the Amending does not cause a hardship to the present or future members of the existing club.
